April Photos

Things are really moving along at the new site. They are planning on having the drywall up on the Main Level in a couple of weeks and hopefully start the drywall on the Lower Level next week. The official 1st service date is “sometime this summer”. I think it will be closer to the beginning of July than the end of August, but don’t quote me on that! Here are some pictures that Jen and Harry took when we were there on the 2nd of April.
Here you can see the outside amphitheater is complete — it is only missing the Bricks. This view is from the Lower Level entrance.
Here is the Multipurpose Room (I got to stop calling it the “Big Room” since we don’t vote on the official name for it until next Sunday. Come to any of the services and cast your vote!) from out in the Narthex in the Main Level.
Here is the stage — most of the drywall is on the walls and they are starting to work on the ceiling. Don’t take that job if you are afraid of heights!
Two views looking towards the Youth World classroom from the parking lot. The siding is going up fast on the Big Room Multipurpose Room. The siding on this part of the building is probably done by now.
