NAME THAT SPACE…….The large multi-purpose room in Phase I needs a name. This is the space we will all worship in, play games in, gather in for meetings and food, and have available to the community for things like the “After School” program. On Palm Sunday, 03/16/08 flyers will be passed out and you will be able to give the Transition Team “name” ideas. On Sunday APRIL 13, 2008, everyone in worship for the three services will be able to VOTE for one of the top (not sure how many that will be) names that are submitted. A panel of church members will be put together to evaluate the provided names for the final list. If you’d like to be part of the evaluation team or provide a “name” idea, please email Nancy Pirritano at nancy15@mdappraiser.com or call 410-750-3246.

Rumor has it that over 700 people attended the initial service on Saturday. What a crowd — they filled the Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, and spilled into a tent set up outside. The service was shown on monitors in all three areas.

It looks like the web cam computer problem was hardware — I replaced the modem card and should have it back in the trailer soon. Hopefully, the web cam will be back up sometime this weekend!

I was able to get some software and an account with RCN (used to be Erols) that work with getting the web cam photos uploaded. I hope to get to the trailer sometime this week to actually get it all together and working. Keep praying that I can do this!
